What is your return policy?
It is your responsibility to check all product received from the delivery driver to determine if your product is damaged, or if you have been shorted as compared to your freight bill.
All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of product. Once your order is returned to us, please allow 3 days processing time. Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

(Return goods cannot be returned without a return authorization number)
All shipments returned for credit when the error is not that of FeatherDusterDepot.com will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. With questions please email email@example.com
