Logo Submission Requirements
Basic lettering in standard fonts can be submitted via the website (comments section upon checkout) or via email to [email protected]. Graphic logos should be solid (no screens) and need to be submitted in a format with one of the following extensions: pdf, ai, eps, cdr. Screens do not work well on curved surfaces due to stretching. Not only is the proper file format important (pdf, ai, eps, cdr) but the contents of the file must be suitable. If you're not sure, send us your file. Please do not send us anything from a CAD program or from Word (except basic lettering). With an additional charge, we also offer our in-house professional art service for optimizing your artwork for the pad printing process.

Additional Information
We use both pc and mac based software files per the below 3 file types.

Illustrator: We cannot use tiffs, jpegs or other bitmap types. Send us a vector file without fonts (select the type, then choose "type" on the menu bar and click on "create outlines"). Save this vector file to either an ".ai" or ".eps" or ".pdf" extension. We currently use Illustrator CS3. If you send your art as a .pdf without the file being "editable" (which requires it to be opened in your version of Illustrator) then it doesn't matter what version of Illustrator is in use.

Photoshop: We cannot use tiffs, jpegs or other bitmap types. Send us a vector file without fonts (go to Layer, select "type" then choose "convert to shape"). Save this vector file to either an ".ai" or ".eps" or ".pdf" extension. We currently use Illustrator CS3. If you send your art as a .pdf without the file needing to be "editable" (which requires it to be opened in your version of Photoshop) then it doesn't matter what version of Photoshop is in use.

CorelDraw: We cannot use tiffs, jpegs or other bitmap types. Send us a vector file without fonts (select the type, then choose "arrange" on the menu bar and click on "convert to curves"). Then export this vector file as an eps, or publish as a pdf, or save as a ".cdr" in Corel Draw version 11,12 or 13.

How to Submit Artwork?
Send your artwork to [email protected]. In the body of your message include your order number or customer ID. If you are not ready to buy but would like to know how your artwork could be reproduced on an item, send us your art file and a photo of the article.

Pre-Production Proofs:
Every order requires your approval before we print or produce it. We will do what is necessary for your satisfaction, either e-mailed proofs in a drawing format or a digital photograph. We may super-impose your artwork over your product's image to give you a general idea of spacing.
